20% Project Idea

I think for my 20% project I want to learn about the crimes that happened back in the 1900's or earlier such as the mafia, or anytype of major crimes that happened back than. As for the form of the project I'm still not sure of but I'll figure that out at one point. Why I want to do this project is because Im interested in that kind of subject especially the whole mafia or mobs they just interest me and i just want to learn more about that. Ive seen to mafia movies Mobsters and Public Enemies and their really good so those really caught my interest in that crime type of thing. Also i think its just because from my moms side of the family shes from new york and also italian and the mafia was basically the italians so I want to learn more about the background of italians and the mafias. But basically any type of major crime that happened back than really does interest me.
